 | Biography Oscar Womack, Jr. Principal Consultant & CEO Oscar Womack, Jr., is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) with more than 25 years combined Government and industry experience in Federal contracts management. He is also a Fellow of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). A former career Air Force officer who held numerous contracts management positions, Oscar has established a strong reputation for his development of innovative business processes in small companies. He completely revamped and sustained contracts management and purchasing processes at what is now one of the premier small businesses in Oklahoma, receiving "best practice" recognition from the Department of Defense. Oscar served as an Oklahoma Quality Award Examiner and as a judge for the Donald W. Reynolds Governor's Cup Collegiate Business Plan Competition (Oklahoma). He received a B.A. degree from Hobart College, Geneva, New York and a MBA degree from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. |  |
